About every two weeks, we pause on Tuesday to join in prayer with our sisters and brothers in Christ. It's a privilege to share concerns and praises.
We are all important to God, and when it comes to prayer, we believe that He is ready and willing to answer our prayers and meet our needs!
He is poised to act and reveal His promises to us. Whatever may be on your heart, whether big or small the burden, we will join you on our knees and pray with you.
Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature, having escaped the corruption in the world caused by evil desires. II Peter 1:4
But all who listen to me will live in peace, untroubled by fear of harm. Proverbs 1:33Leave a comment below and let us know if we may pray with you.
When I got out of bed this morning, I thought about my need to post this request to you all. The more prayers I can get going, the better....
ReplyDeleteMy husband and I will be seeing the doctor this afternoon to discuss my Father-in-law.(Who has Alzheimer's)
FIL is in a sort of an in between state. Bad enough that he has major mood swings (rages) and terrible short term memory, along with being a bit feeble in his walk. But he's still physically able to care for himself, and insists on still driving short distances. He has meltdowns on a regular basis and these wind up putting my mother-in-law in the bed from the stress and anxiety. Then when he's going through a calm phase, she forgets how bad it is and refuses to try to do anything but deal with it.
We need God's direction, His intervention, His wisdom and help from the doctor who is so pressed for time that he doesn't always give us enough time in the office.
I pray all that, and that there is SOMETHING we can do at this point to relieve some of the stress and issues. Everyone is heart sick over this.
