Prayer requests

I'd like to open this post today for comments from anyone who would like to leave a comment and share a prayer request with us.

We are honored to be able to share together and to pray together -- recently there have been some comments of answered prayers, and we can all rejoice in God's mercy and providence. He truly cares about us, and wants to move in our lives. No matter what is happening, He never leaves us. He is faithful.
Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.  II Corinthians 1:3-4
Please let us know if there is a matter that we can join you in praying about. Let us know, too, if you have a praise and an answered prayer. You never know the hearts you may encourage, by sharing with your sisters in Christ.

Let's pray.

  1. There are so many people hurting during the Christmas season. Losing loved ones, having no money for gifts, illness. I'm so blessed that my family and I are healthy, we have bought gifts galore, and we will be gathering together not once, but twice! God is so good.

My one request is this. My sweet adorable 3yo grandson is going through a rebellious stage and acting out in preschool and talking back to, as well as hitting adults. We know he is trying to find himself at this age, so please help us pray that we discipline him appropriately, and learn how to curb his negative behavior.

    Thanks!!

  2. Our son is going to be home for 5 weeks over Christmas, on a temporary lay off from his job. While he is here,he has said he will come to church with us. Please pray that he will come, and that he will take what he hears, and in faith, believe and be saved. He is also planning on looking for work while he is hear, so please pray that he will find work that will be permanent and keep him in our area. Thank you.
