Verses that inspire

Do you find yourself sometimes truly weary?

Does Satan find fertile ground on which to sow his seeds of doubt, and discouragement?

I wanted to share this verse that meant a great deal to me recently. I hope that it will encourage you, too.
God is not unjust; he will not forget your work and the love you have shown him as you have helped his people and continue to help them. (Hebrews 6:10)
As you labor for Him, whether it is with your own family, or a neighbor, or perhaps in a church setting, He sees. He knows. And He will not forget.

Cover the fertile ground of your heart with a "tarp" of the Word, to protect your heart from the wiles of the devil. Make sure that you start your day with prayer, and perhaps make that your Bible study time, too. It's much harder for Satan to find an opening when we are "sealed" with the Word of God, and His Spirit is guiding us through our day.

He sees.
He knows.
And He will not forget.

He is love, grace, and mercy.
Let's thank Him for Who He is, and how He helps us!

If a verse or passage has inspired you recently, won't you share it with us?

  1. I love how many times though His word, the Lord encourages us, and tells us not to be afraid or discouraged. He knows we’ll feel that way.

    Deuteronomy 31:8
"The LORD is the one who goes ahead of you; He will be with you. He will not fail you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed."
