Prayer requests

In the past few months, our study group has seen requests for healing, for job placement, and for loved ones to come back to the Lord, to walk in close fellowship with Him.

Our hearts have been lifted by good reports of progress in health, and saddened by the news of friends who have temporarily lost the company of a loved one by death.

How comforting to realize that this is truly temporary!
I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand. 29 My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father’s hand. 30 I and the Father are one.” (John 10:28-30)
For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 6:23)
And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Look! God’s dwelling place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. ‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’ or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.” (Revelation 21:3-4)

If you have a prayer request or a praise to share, won't you leave us a comment so that we can pray or rejoice with you?

  1. A while back I asked for prayer for our son who was in need of a job that lasted more than 3 or 4 months. The Lord has answered that Prayer. He has an 8 month theatre contract job as head carpenter, which is what he loves to do. Praise God!! However, the job is in the second most expensive place to live in all of Canada. He needs a place to live that is close to his theatre, which is in the downtown area of the city. He has no car so he’s reliant on his feet, his roller blades or his bike. Could you please pray for a place for him to live that won’t take his entire pay check. Thanks so much for all the faithful prayers from so many people.
