Prayer requests

In the midst of the hustle and bustle, in the midst of tree decoration, grocery shopping, cookie making, gift wrapping, carol singing, and.....and..... whew!

Take a moment.

Take a breath.

Are there some folks that you know need prayer support?

Is there a family grieving the loss of a loved one? An empty chair at the festive table?

Is there an individual that you know is suffering from depression?

Are there people you know that have no family to celebrate with?

Let's open our hearts. Then open our arms. Let's make the gospel real this Christmas. Let's share the love of God with ones who are grieving, ones who are in despair, ones who are lonely.

Isn't that the real meaning of Christmas? He came to redeem us. He came to bring us life more abundant.

I sure don't want to be a Scrooge with the gospel!

Lord, please remind me of someone that I can help this season. Remind me of someone who needs to hear of your love. Fill my mouth with your words, so that I can share with them!

If you have a prayer request today, please leave a comment, so that we may join you in prayer.
